The Cellar

Our cellar was an ancient cistern. There, we age different types of cheese, chosen between the best of our valley. You can find Bagòss, aged cheese and formagella, made with cow or goat milk. We also age our cold cuts, prepared with our pigs that are fed with natural products, such as chestnuts.
You can taste our products and buy them in our cellar and also have lunch or dinner inside during summer (booking required).
Tasting includes local beer, wine or spirits and it can be changed according to the guest.
