SAUNA RULES

Please turn off the sauna after use.

Eating is not recommended before entering the sauna.

Enter the sauna naked without any jewelry or creams on your body.

If your feet are cold before entering the sauna, it is recommended to rinse them with warm water.

It is mandatory to sit or lie down on a sheet or towel in the sauna.

The first sauna session should not last more than 10 minutes. If possible, it is recommended to lie down for the first 10 minutes to even out the pressure in the body.

After leaving the sauna, it is mandatory to take a shower first with warm water and then with cold water. This rinses away impurities and stimulates circulation.

Rest for at least 20 minutes and drink plenty of water or tea between sauna sessions.

Quiet and tranquility are essential for a pleasant and relaxing experience. It is impolite to speak loudly.

Before leaving the sauna, rest to allow the body to return to normal temperature and stop sweating.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and the rooms.

DOGS RULES

The owner is responsible for any damages caused by the dog to other guests and the furnishings of the house.

Out of respect for other guests, uncontrolled barking is not appreciated in common areas.

Additionally, near the stable or animal enclosures, we kindly ask you to always keep your dog on a leash.

Please do not allow dogs on beds and sofas, and do not use the towels designated for you.

Use bags to collect their feces everywhere and always.
